We are all presented with real and genuine opportunities all of the time, but we're not always ready to see them.
It's easy to talk yourself out of doing something that scares you, even if you know it's something you would benefit from in the long run. I've done more than my fair share of this over my time.
This week I made time to take a fantastic, yet scary, opportunity that was in front of me. I've just recorded a podcast episode with Tim Beanland ("Beantalking With Undeniably The Best" - https://www.facebook.com/Bean.talking1/) and we talked developing mindsets to do and try and learn, peak performance and quite a bit more.
Tim has interviewed some amazing guests - people who have grown an e-commerce businesses from scratch to 10 000 customers in 12 months, people who have written over $300 million in sales and people who have moved to Australia with $73 to their name and gone on to start successful businesses. Wow. Tim puts real effort and passion into each project and uncovers a lot about the guests and about himself in the process.
So now I've done it - It was great. I discovered a lot about myself. Tim even likened me to Tim Ferriss which made me grin like an idiot. I can't wait to hear the finished product.
